Great product, great price and comes with everything you need to see including a water pump and buy a gasket when you are making a timing belt because they are all together so you can replace it now too and save yourself the hassle later, but it fits my car fine, the only problem was the belt was not marked with cams - or crank position, but so far this has been a great kit

Everything works but this belt has no timing marks and is very tight, tighter than standard Subaru timing belts. Some patients will be fine. Although the price is right.

The timing belt could not be installed, had to be bought on a +80 Steeler ship, then after only 2000 miles the belt tensioner started to fall which cost me another $100 for the trunk. Just pull the sprocket tensioner and you'll find it's already failing. Don't buy this unless you plan on buying a brand new motor.

Installed this kit on my 2000 Outback, EJ25 SOHC. Unfortunately, the belt was just tight. I've tried everything I can think of but to no avail. I ended up buying a different belt from a different company. Everything else in the kit was fine and used. The new bearings showed resistance when turning, indicating they were clogged with grease. There is no brand name on the stock, most likely made in China. All is well. Give China a chance, we said the same about Japan.
