A must for every aquarium! I have a 30 liter tank and use both. I did exactly what they say, I haven't had to clean my tank in over 40 days and my tank has stayed clean! The fish are very happy.

I really can't believe it. These two stones are just phenomenal, my tank had a terrible smell and I was cleaning it constantly not knowing it could be water so I bought eco stones and the smell is completely gone. And my 55 gallons look and smell great.

I bought it with some hesitation but really wanted to try it. I followed the directions and soaked them in distilled water overnight (about a day and a half) before adding them to my tanks. I placed one in each 55 gallon tank and positioned them so Bubble Stone bubbled around them. In less than a week the haze in my "problem" aquarium was gone. I haven't had to buy a clarifier or bacteria starter since I added them. They have been the best addition to my tanks I have ever made!

As for the negative reviews - if you have an unhealthy/chemically unsafe tank - this won't help you. Correct your filter and water changing habits first. For me it was a great addition to a healthy aquarium, but one that was prone to algal blooms and near-constant turbidity due to our local water supply. After about a month in the water and no change in my habits (same water change schedule, same feeding, etc.) the cloudiness cleared up and stayed clear. A large biofilter would do the same but…

Long review but felt it needed. I ordered 2 Medium Eco Bio Block Stones on 2/22/17 I have a 300 gallon cichlid tank. Had cichlids over 20 years old. 2 excellent external filters. I've always had good tank maintenance.
