Easy to set up and use once you read the instructions first.

Near the base unit, all sensors agree with the base unit to within 0.3 degrees Fahrenheit, which is reasonable as their internal JFETs are probably good to 0.1 degrees Fahrenheit. For remote detection of the entrance temperature from the attic, basement and outside. I just wish they had a humidity sensor too. I didn't read the instructions at first and had to remove all the batteries to eliminate radio interference. You set each remote to its own channel with a slide switch before inserting the

Cheap but works great.

We have a cold pipe under our basement due to high winds blowing through a lack of venting nearby. I had to crawl through several times to thaw the pipes and fix the ventilation. Also during this period of cold weather I had to go upstairs to check on the unheated 2nd floor with a bathroom. I bought these and put one under the house near the water tank, one on top of the bathtub and the last one in the fridge. I was surprised that this works in a metal fridge. Now my wife says that I need…

Great value for outdoor decoration

I was wondering how this product would perform given the exceptionally low price. But it was fairly easy to set up, and readings from the three sensors differed by a degree Fahrenheit. I will mount two of these in the attic on different ends of the house and the third outside. I assume reception will be acceptable but if not I will update this review to reflect that. For now, however, I am very impressed with the product, the ease of setup and the performance. UPDATE 7/31/21: Two sensors…

What is the temperature in this room?

This basically gives you 4 time zones. There are 3 "satellites" and the base unit also tells you where the temperature is. We use them to detect temperature changes in rooms to adjust ventilation. I have one outside for now as I want to make sure my older animals are controlled at high temperatures. The block itself is small. The setup is a little clunky and you can't tell from a distance what device you're looking at, so I had to do them with a big marker. That way you can move them to another

Simple but not accurate yet

Very easy to set up but don't know how to set the temperature to get accurate temperature readings for the base station. They were all in the same room, with the base station just inches from my other three thermometers (including the Galileo, analog, and another digital), all of which were within 0.4F of each other. The base station shows a constant 2.5-4F above the other 3 and keeps moving about every 4-5 minutes while the others stay within 0.2F. The remotes I place 1 foot apart are and each

Update (07/11/2019) Four months have passed and the replacement device is still working. One of the receivers stopped working a few weeks ago and then strangely started working again when I moved it closer to the base unit. (Possibly a battery issue?) I have no plans to release another update unless the devices stop working. I have updated my rating to four stars. Another update (03/16/2019): I received the replacement device and so far so good. Later this year I will report on how well the…
