Great Service with Excellent Customer Support

I like that you can customize your alerts as much (or little)as needed for an accurate alert of my calls/emergency service in real time! It's pretty easy using this software but it would be nice if they added more features such us weather related info so we could get our information from another source instead relying solely upon Disptach Alerts!! We have eliminated all other sources when needing up-to date critical news about issues regarding life saving emergencies - i dont wish any changes…

  • Great variety options available with no limits or restrictions
  • Ability do make text notification without having cellphone data plan & internet access which means its FREE !!!! :) :)
  • Ease Of Use
Cons
  • The only thing missing right now are some kind oof location tracking feature

Great Customer Service Platform, Highly Recommend

The speed of response is very fast! I have used other options for my business but they were slow at best so far as responding in an actual time frame was concerned (my customers are impatient!). Sometimes it can be difficult getting your dispatcher's attention because there may not always seem like much work going on with them when you first log into the system. It takes some practice before things get easier though once that happens everything else falls right back into place quickly enough…

  • Easy access from phone or computer screen.
  • Ease if use, no complicated steps involved just click here etc.etc..easy stuff :)

  • Nothing really comes immediately up top mind

Easy way and affordable solution into communicating between field officers, dispatchers & callers

I like that it will notify me if they've been in an accident while being dispatched from our office! It is very convenient for us as well since we don't have time nowdays to drive out of town during emergencies!! Also you can set custom alerts so when someone calls/texts your number to say there's something wrong with them please go check up on em before sending another officer over which may be unnecessary (we do this because sometimes people are just confused). The interface could use some…
