The only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 is fot the drill guide mechanism, it can be a little hard to operate the screw that locks it into place if you have large hands like myself. I just dont tighten it, I just leave it loose and slide it back and forth as needed. It's my fault I'm disappointed, I thought these were something else. They are designed for cabinet installation, aligning the face frames together. I thought they were for installing he face frames on cabinets, which would be awesome, but the clamp full closed is 2 inches. Far from being able to clamp onto a piece of 3/4 ply to attach a face frame. But the clamps are very well made and do what they advertise

These clamps are definitely something you'll need if you plan on installing kitchen cabinets. Keeping the frames lined up is a critical step in ensuring your cabinets are installed properly. They're sturdy, well made clamps albeit a bit costly. Easily adjustable to fit different width cabinet frames.

They are well built for the most part. I had to tighten the Allen screws holding the clamp together on arrival. They are usable if you have some experience, but the middle plate being a little too small makes it hard to align the faces.
