Shutters OK but no restocking fee. Wrong blinds ordered. Reordered the correct blinds but found shipping the first set prohibitively expensive due to the huge restocking fee. I want sellers to communicate these fees up front.

Purchased for the sale of a property. Thick vinyl, fade resistant. Including visible plastic screws. But I had to buy hidden brackets separately from another seller. The blinds look cheap from up close, but from a distance they are quite acceptable.

The production time was long but satisfied with the finished product. If you don't know which color to buy, you can buy a color swatch set (miniature) to help you decide. They are shaped like shutters so you can literally stand outside and hold a specimen and view it against the backdrop of the house.

Bought a pair of these for our new vinyl walled house. The trim is beige and we chose Wedgewood Blued which looks very nice. Be careful, each shutter has a bottom and a top. I didn't know about it and installed one upside down. Yes! One comment though: I have bought A LOT of injection molded plastic in my career and these blinds are REALLY expensive compared to the cost of manufacturing.

Be careful when trying to combine white. A light cream color is best. Throughout my house we bought white trim, garage doors and so on. It's not really white. Unfortunately our contractor had his assistant install them so the house now has 24 shutters which look awful. I found in my return request that the blinds had been installed and looked terrible. Revain has accepted the return request. No mention of restocking fees quoted by others. Just be careful and save yourself the frustration.

I ordered a 63" x 12" curtain. Although those dimensions were listed on the packaging, the gate was actually 63 1/2 inches tall. It wouldn't work for my house as the shutters go into a recess in the stone. It was clearly not my fault that the slide was half an inch too big. However, this company still charged me a 20% restocking fee. Unbelievable! If I could put zero stars here, I would. I will not order again until I get my money back. It's entirely her fault, not mine.

On 30.06. I installed the blinds and opened the last box for the main front window and they were broken. Big! all new blinds except the big ones faded! I finally received a replacement today (7/22) and they are more damaged than the first set I returned! So how long will it take to get a replacement this time? And in what condition? If all goes well it will probably take me a month to replace the blinds. I tried really hard to make the house look nice and now I'm embarrassed to pull into my…
