Great tool for car

Great for $20. Used to bleed transmission fluid. Change transmission fluid by dropping the oil pan, so 40% or less will be replaced. Still, change every 3-6 5 liter months thereafter , which improves the fresh to old fluid ratio over time Instead of dropping the sump, I suck out the fill tube I don't trust power flushes.

Did what it had to do

As everyone says, the cables are too short. I just used jumper cables to increase the length. Engine started and oil warmed up. I first tried using one of the supplied hoses in the dipstick tube. It did not work. Poured, probably a liter. Then I went to a big store and bought some hoses and a female hose adapter. I put a new hose on the pump and hose adapter and then screwed it to the dipstick tube. Worked great! Drained all the oil in a few minutes. Certainly better than the pumps you use with

Slow and poor wiring, but it works

I got this to do a Porsche Boxster Diff service without removing the cover and was able to luckily suck out all the liquid and then refill with fresh. It also came in handy when topping up the transfer case fluid on my 2011 BMW X3. The two wires with crocodile clips are of very poor quality and very soft, and the shielding of the crocodile clips is weakened. The soldering for a wire was so bad I was able to turn the pump on and off just by bending the wire which wasn't bad but now how it should
