Didn't fit the generators

Everything is fine in the photo, the description says it will fit. The part didn't fit. I called the manufacturer directly and got the right part.

The perfect alternator for my VW Jetta 06!

DB looks like a quality unit

So far a 2007 VW Rabitt is working great. There were 2 TYC generators and both failed, the shaft spinning freely and not charging. A lot of work to replace the alternator. Never got a TYC from Rock Auto again. So far the DB looks good.

Great product - alternators and alternators

Fits my 2009 Jetta perfectly and I've driven it 1200 miles without a single problem. Removed battery light and fixed interior light flickering when starting car. You will be satisfied with this when it comes time for you to change the alternator

Works well in generator

Installed 3 days ago and fits perfectly on my 2007 Jetta 2.5l. If you do it yourself, remove the air conditioning compressor by inserting the 3 screws and remove the alternator. The hoses are long enough, you can just put them on the ground if you have the car on jack stands. Good time to get new straps too.

Fits a 2008 Jetta 2.5 with no problem. works perfectly.

Surprised the next day delivery was Easter Sunday. Impressive! was able to get the car back on the road with minimal downtime. Reset the A/C compressor, tug on a couple of pulleys, and it goes through the floor. general work, unhurried, with a break for a snack, lasted only about 3 hours. Floor with jack, stands and hand tools. This generator did the job and works great. Thanks very much!

A month has passed, still valid!

I was a little nervous about buying a Revain alternator, especially as I own a Volkswagen Rabbit and everyone I spoke to said I needed a Bosch. I have about a month and thousands of miles in my new alternator and everything seems to be going well. The only problem we had with this generator was the installation, but that had nothing to do with the generator!
