It broke after about two weeks of use

I've never had a small tool this broken before. I almost want to believe it's fake but I bought it from amazon.com. Unbelievable.

NOT Flush Model

Klein told me this is a replacement for my old model from the 60's but still snaps on like the new 219-4C. I've been using Klien for a long time, the best 6 inch #2 Phillips. Nice but not quite up to their standards.

He cuts ties, but I don't need anything else.

Cut the cable ties, but nothing else needs to be cut. (e.g. belt lacing or safety wire 0.020). I was very surprised because I've never had a problem with Klein before. I'll try grinding the face. The first one I bought (D409) was semi flush but Revain fixed it very quickly.

NON flush model

Klein told me this was a replacement for my old one from the 60's but still cuts like new 219-4C It's ok but some of the rough edges get smooth and NOT flush . I've been using Klien for a long time, the best 6 inch #2 Phillips. Nice but not quite up to their standards.
