Disappointment best in my review

Wanted to love this product, worked great twice. No longer charges, no indicator light functioning, poor customer service. Reached out months ago regarding this defect, was asked to submit a photo of the item not working?!?! Still waiting on response…

  • Works great and half the price of the original.
Cons
  • The charging speed of the charger is quite slow and can take a significant amount of time to fully charge the battery, which can be inconvenient for users who are always on-the-go

Product not as advertised!

The ad clearly states this charger is a CMCB104 replacement for Craftsman's CMCB104 fast charger. Not true. The replacement I received was a CMCB102 charger, producing 2A output. The CMCB104 is a fast charger producing 4A output. So the "replacement" I received is only half the output of the CMCB104, and takes twice as long to charge! Pretty disappointing. False advertising.

  • The indicator lights on the charger are not very user-friendly and can be difficult to understand for those who are not familiar with the product.

Great product in my review

The Elefly CMCB104 V20 Battery Charger is a great charger for a lower price than the Craftsman brand. I have just started using it and am really impressed thus far. I plan to order another one to have additional batteries charged up when ready to use them. I note that Ebay gives it a good recommendation also.
