Works perfectly! for switches and relays

Nice little relay, accepts 24 VAC signal, closes contacts on the hot end of the 110 VAC circuit that feeds the outlet where I have a built in HCAV fan. He does exactly what he has to do.

  • Wide Range

  • Worries Me

Finally connected ecobee to aprilaire 1870 dehumidifier

Want to control your aprilaire dehumidifier with ecobee? Buy it. Connect the 1st pin to "c", the 4th to acc+ on the ecobee and the 2nd and 4th to DH on the dehumidifier. Set the system to Ecobee and Boom. All in one control via phone app. Thanks Reddit r/ecobee

  • Useful for more than its intended purpose

Let my Nest control my external humidifier

Did exactly what it took me to control my Aprilaire 400M humidifier, using the signal cable from the Nest humidifier control cable and connecting it so that the 24th day -V transformer can properly control the humidifier water supply magnet. The only reason I don't give it five stars is that it makes a slight buzz when turned on after the heater has been turned on during its cycle. I've noticed that the sound has dropped a bit since first installing it 2 months ago, but it's still weak…

Teach a Stupid Stove New Tricks

My Oil Stove is Incompatible with Smart Thermostats; It only had two wires going to the mechanical thermostat. With this relay I was able to add a 24VAC transformer and this relay to my oil stove to connect a Honeywell T9 WiFi thermostat. You should be able to use this for any smart thermostat (like Nest or Ecobee) that requires a 24VC wire. This has worked extremely well so far. While there are many videos on YouTube describing how to wire, be aware that you will be working with both 120V and…

Ideal for connecting Nest and whole house humidifiers. Very quiet!

I used this relay to connect a Honeywell whole house humidifier to a Nest thermostat. I used to buy another (and more expensive) relay off Amazon that only lasted a few weeks, so I decided to give this one a try. So far, so good. It works great but I've only had it for 1 day so I'll update if anything goes wrong in the future. 1 bonus of this over the other, this one is MUCH quieter than the other. It's a relay, so they click on and off, but you can barely hear it toggle on and off even…

"Quiet work " - HA! Could also be a tattoo gun.

I used this along with a 24v power supply to add a nest thermostat to my old millivolt gas fire. , reliable and economical operation. "However, when the system turns on, I hear a distinct click (which is normal) and then a LOUD CONSTANT BUM heard from the next room. I mean, technically she does the fireplace, so he gets some stars for that. But I can't live with this constant buzz all winter! Will be back if I don't get a replacement I've read in some other reviews that some broken blocks and…

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
