Great tool with thin rivets

Very well made tool, jaws perfectly aligned. But the rivets are wrong. One of the rivets is very strong but the other end is very weak. why is a mystery to me. I would like to talk to manufacturers in Taiwan, it will take a minute to explain.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small house
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Works better than pliers.

Much better than screw removal pliers. You can hold and block the screw. You can only twist the pliers and not hold and twist at the same time. The only improvement would be to have a pin nose. Doesn't get into tight spots.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Worked on round head screw

*Update. They sent me a replacement and it worked great. I must have received a defective first pair. The screw I was working on had a rounded head but they were able to get it out. Broke on the first try. He clamped the head of the broken screw, and the tip of the pliers broke into small pieces.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Not fashionable

From this "Beast " all fasteners easily scream "Uncle ".

Between the sharp and hard bite of the jaw tip with special screw grip or the locking teeth of the side jaw, this "beast" makes all fasteners scream "uncle" effortlessly. I was very impressed with this entire line of Vampire/Engineering pliers and shears. If it stays as solid as it has been, this company will have a lifelong fan.

Pros
  • Vise & Pliers
Cons
  • Requires power socket

Everyone asks for my pliers

I bought several pairs of these (one of each size) in Japan and I loved them. Does a really great job gripping rounded screw heads. The only thing I've found is these "vise" pliers that I found with teeth on the end designed for gripping screw heads. Every time I use them to help someone they must have them. I've changed mine several times after someone bought it from me.

Cons
  • Big and bulky

Works as promised for hand tools

finally able to use them. My garden tractor had two Phillips head screws that were stuck. The screwdriver began to round the head. I remembered I had these vampires and used them. They worked great. Removed the screws immediately. I've noticed grooves that help with round bolts if they're either not too deep or have too much chrome as they weren't too sharp. Otherwise I would give this purchase a 5

Pros
  • hand tools
Cons
  • only available in black
