Just arrived today, 5 hours later left mine there for 30 minutes, came back all torn, supposedly saying anti-bit and anti-scratch wrong

So disappointed. I got this for my little dog so he won't be in the crate all day when I'm at work. It's much smaller than expected and it doesn't stay open, the backend keeps piling up and no matter what I do, it keeps piling up inside. In addition, the door is not strong and keeps falling, and the zipper is broken.

This is not a pen for adult cats or dogs. To me, this is a temporary place for a little foster kitten. I would use this in my home office so I can monitor a sick foster kitten while I work. In the past I have installed boxes on the mini kitten intensive care unit. This works better and I can clean it up and reuse it.

Got this for my two large cats so they can be indoors while we travel long distances rather than single cramped carriers. They definitely have more space and lie together when driving, since neither of them likes to drive. I picked it up and let them explore and they both settled down comfortably with a blanket on the floor.
