I love this item. I use it as a tote bag in my truck. Lots of space and nice features like a water bottle pocket, an outside pocket, a sturdy carrying handle and padded shoulder straps that other pack sacks don't have. I loaded it with gear and it still closes securely. It appears to be very well made and stayed bone dry when I tested it. I was able to do without the phone case as it closes a little oddly, but it was a nice addition.

So the bag is very roomy although it has a bit of an awkward shape, like a top hat. Not sure how waterproof it is because we haven't submerged it (yet), but getting wet in a kayak won't be a problem. It comes with a phone holder and it works great too which is my favorite part. My s21 has enough room for a much larger phone and the touchscreen works great but the fingerprint scanner doesn't. All in all a great product and I would definitely recommend it.

This dry bag is perfect for sea kayaking or river trips. Just make sure you get 3 tight folds before you zip them together. I've fallen in the water several times and although it was partially submerged (tipped over in winter) the contents stayed dry (sleepwear). The phone case has worked well on several trips but on the last trip the plastic pieces holding the case together cracked rendering it unusable. Overall, while I would definitely recommend a dry bag, the included phone case alone isn't

I did this rafting and all my gear was bone dry. Perfect size for a day trip or weekend getaway. It wouldn't be great if you had to carry it on your back all day as the straps aren't very comfortable. This worked great for keeping my stuff dry on the boat through a few rapids. I didn't like the free phone case that comes with the kit. The small latches that close it at the top are not connected to the case.
