This lock mounts easily in minutes! Very strong lock, and awesome finishes available. The white matches up nicely with white trim.

Seems to be very well made. I purchased 3 inch screws to replace the short screws that came with it. I wish they came over the door more, but they still seem to be able to do the job. As a bonus they are doubling as child locks for my active 2 year old.

This is a perfect child safety lock or extra lock. We use this at our apartment complex door just as an extra security lock. Turns out our toddler try to get out the door also so that also prevents her from opening up the doors. Way better than those regular flimsy flip-locks. Easy to install and keep the door completely shut so the little ones cannot get out. But don't lock yourself out and try to come in through a door with this thing on it. You will not be getting in!

This took under 20 minutes to install, including shaving down the door frame to accommodate the lock. Lock mechanism is excellent, very high quality. However, the screws that come with it are garbage. What’s the point of having a high quality lock that’s poorly mounted with tiny aluminum screws? Do yourself a favor and buy some decent screws and don’t use the ones provided.

The screws provided with the product are worthless. The 'wallowed out' before they could be screwed in all the way. I had to replace them with my own screws.

These locks are great. They are extremely strong and are hidden from view outside the door. Even if an intruder were to break glass they most likely wouldn't find this lock, and it would be difficult to unlock from outside. They come in a variety of colors to match trim. Very inexpensive for the piece of mind they provide.

My 3 yr old kept escaping at the most inconvenient times and so I purchased this to prevent it. Challenging to install for DIY beginners. It works wonders!

I really like this and decided to get this product instead of an alarm system. It was very easy to install and is actually smaller than it seems in the pictures, so it is less of an eye sore. I have tried several time to open the door with this device in the locked position and it doesn't budge. If you are looking for some home security on a budget, this product it for you!

This worked great it be aware that the color is exactly like the picture - bright coppery brown. It doesn’t match any of the oil rubbed bronze finishes in our house like I’d hoped.

I have heard too many stories about kids getting out of the house at night while parents are sleeping. Being the paranoid mother that I am, as soon as our daughter could unlock the deadbolt we ordered these. They are too high for her to reach and just tricky enough for her not to be able to open the door by herself if she drags her stool to the door. They give me peace of mind and let me get a good night's rest.

It appears it could be easily installed and it looks like it would make the door quite secure. At first I could not get it to open (directions are not to clear) and I was going to return it. Fortunately I finally figured it out so I will have the lock installed

I saw this kind of security bolt in a very expensive hotel. My front door has a deadbolt, but this adds the next level of security. It's easy to use and very quick and easy to install. I recommend it.

Once installed, it keeps the door in a locked position. No matter how hard you push on the door it is not opening while locked. Very good buy

Used to back up electronic locks, this night lock use would prove challenging -- if not impossible -- to the very young. It might frustrate users in a panic.

Needed something to keep a toddler from opening the door and running out. Lucked out, was able to use an existing screw on the door. I don't need it for security, just for a determined 3 year old.

Strong, efficient, nice looking. I had some surround molding that needed trimming so the lock folds back flush. You don’t need to but then the lock stays somewhat open on an angle. Something to think about if you don’t want to chop away some molding.

Was not easy to install, you have to remove wood off of the door frame and that is not a easy task., But the product is awesome and looks great compared to others. My nephew would not stop going outside and can unlock our deadbolt and this work great for him.
