This set includes both metric and imperial sizes (e.g. 1/4", 3/8"). For a 3/8" drive head, it feels solid and the ratchet works well. When choosing a socket set, make sure all sizes are included. Some of them are odd or even sizes only, not all English sizes above a certain point. This is a great $30 solution. It's made in Taiwan and the metric sizes are a great fit (SAE sizes are not needed yet). The tool set weighs about 7.5 pounds and I particularly like the knurling on the extensions and the fact that it includes a universal joint. This is a good price. Don't try them on screw heads but expect a tight fit.
