Epson Scam: Scanner

I bought this and it didn't work at all. I tried everything I could until I gave up and called Epson. FYI the worst customer service you have ever had the chance to speak to. After 1.5 hours explaining that I connected everything correctly and I told them from the start that I was using a Mac. They told me that this device DOES NOT WORK with iOS devices (Mac products).
