I use this to tie my projection screen to an iron fence for evening media shows. They are amazing, strong and I'm sure they will be on my estate when left to my children. I highly recommend them if you need something like this.

Rated 3 stars as they don't match what I bought from NAPA. They seem to stretch well but don't have as much strength as higher quality ones. It almost feels like they lose their elasticity when stretched and never return to their original length.

I saw Made in America and thought it was the high quality standard we used to buy at the hardware store. It's not, it's thin rubber. The stretch is weird too, it stretches about 3 inches and then the rubber reaches its limit. So if a lot of stress is put on it, I can imagine it breaking.
