Love the payoff, it's a huge improvement for this type of product. The problem is in the mechanism, out of 8 that I have, 2 are out of order. The release will not actuate when the button and lever are pressed when the belt is under load. You must be able to let go of the load to unbuckle the strap, which is not always possible.
