All my unibody cars are missing big jack points

None of my unibody cars have good jack points. I wanted a jack with a flat rubber pad to avoid marking the subframe or suspension components that a home mechanic now has to use. These stands are ideal for that. One caveat: these pillars are probably too tall for most cars. I have the stand set at the lowest height, but I have to jack my cars up to the maximum jack height (20 inches) to get these stands under the cars. My SUV doesn't have this problem. It would be great if they made two packs of

Hoists, lifts and jacks are worth the money

I bought 4 of these to save money and to remove my S2000's gearbox myself. I currently have my 18 inch car which is quite large and the car is rock solid. I tried to urge her to move, but she didn't move. in full growth with them. The quality is top notch. The photos don't really convey how durable and well built they are. It was worth every penny and saved me over $1,000 at work. I ordered 4 at once and they came 2 in a box. It was bubble wrap but the inner packaging could have been a bit…

Misdescription

A potential buyer should be aware that this product does not match the description. The stands I received have half the adjustment settings and are shorter than listed. Revain was made aware of this but when I requested a refund I was billed a lot and told it was against their policy and I would have to return the product and pay for shipping. I was even told by a representative that even though I bought through Amazon, they couldn't help me. Also, the description still misrepresents the actual

Great for BMW. Definitely need some consistency.

Received them a few days ago and have used them and I have to say they can't get any better on BMWs with pad adapters. I've always been worried about traditional cars skidding and I don't feel that's a problem here. One downside is that they don't seem to always make them in the same place, or even use the same method and materials every time. . The finish differs significantly between the two, and the safety pin is also different. The welds, while looking solid and well-made, are noticeably…

The Best Insurance You Can Buy

In 2021 the average cost of car insurance will exceed $100 per month and the average cost of health insurance will be almost $500 per month and we all know these costs will continue to rise. These stands can be purchased for just over $50 per stand. These are one-time fixed costs that will not have to be repeated for a lifetime if you store your coasters properly. When viewed not just as a tool but also as insurance, they are incredibly beneficial to the protection they provide. Having used…

SUPER HEAVY AND STURDY

These stands are really great. I had a problem with my Audi SQ5 a few weeks ago. I had a hard time solving the problem because I couldn't figure out where this clanking noise was coming from. I wanted to put the car on these stands I had (AutoZone 2 ton set and Lowes 3 ton set) and run the car to reproduce the sound. As I lifted the front I literally saw the 2 ton C-pillars start to flex as the car moved a little. I immediately got out of this situation and ordered them immediately. When I got…

5 star jacks, 3 star price.

First of all: order them separately, if possible individually. I've bought 3 so far. I need 4 for my 340i and Jetta girlfriends. If you order them in pairs, they'll arrive pretty jacked, no pun intended. The packaging of the single is pretty bad. All 3 boxes I've received so far have been damaged with parts of the stand penetrating the box. The frames are undamaged so it is important to only order one at a time. The paint is good, but nothing special. I'm thinking of spraying them with Plasti…

Rust developing after 16 months of ownership

First I would like to say that the jacks have been in use for about 16 months without any problems. So far I have used it to lift my 335i and Nissan vehicles without any problems. The adjustable height allows me to raise vehicles to any height I need for my desired job. However, two of the four coasters I bought have rusty surfaces. This rust covers both the tubular parts of the jack and the welds. With proper selection and application, powder paints should not rust under the conditions in…
