I connected two lightbulbs with the included adapter, applied double-sided tape, positioned them where I needed them, and then taped them to the bottom of the closet. We installed the power supply in a cabinet above the microwave and used a 10mm wood drill bit to route the low voltage wires through the cabinets. Lots of useful stickers on the clips to remove excess wire. All 6 units were attached to the center bottom of the cabinets, with excess wires hidden in the vertical gaps between the cabinets. I also chose this product because the 12v power cords have small round plugs that require a very small hole if it needs to be drilled. This lamp system is just perfect! 6 units attached under my kitchen cabinets with very strong adhesive plates. (Be careful to place them correctly as they can be difficult to remove.
