Paid $40 for $1.50 plastic gasket, bracket. I figured I needed a replacement dashboard for the controller, not a 1.5" x 3" flat piece of plastic. Do not buy.

As many people wrote, the price is too high, but it was suitable for my task. I decided to take a different approach to installing the P3 trailer brake by installing it to the left of the steering column. With a little modification I was able to easily fit a trailer brake to the underside of the fairing. Overall very happy with the look and finish of the installation.

This is not an "Fitting Kit". It's a flat piece of $2 plastic with four small screws. The photo above is deceptive - possibly blurry for some reason. The recess for the controller in the plastic does not fit and cannot fit snugly. A gap filler is not provided. There is no bracket to support the controller. There are some extra accessories on the dashboard of my pickup truck. Both OEM parts and aftermarket parts are a snug fit. I haven't installed them. The only positive thing I can say is that…
