While testing this unit I found that the remote control cable is broken. Once connected to the LCD screen, the device will not be powered. It looks like the connector on the LCD is not working properly. If I wiggle the connector and hold it in that position with my hand, I can use the remote control, but only while holding the connector, otherwise it will disconnect and the LCD will turn off.
