Died after 3 months in power converters

My telescope uses 12 VDC but Raspberry Pi 4 is 5 VDC. This works to convert 12V to a 5V step down frequency. My problem with other 12VDC to 5VDC converters is that when they get cold (<0F) they don't seem to work properly. I also use a Raspberry Pi 4 heater in winter. UPDATE 3 months use. This power supply appears to be dead or at least unable to reliably supply 5V DC at 3-4 amps. DO NOT BUY!
