Great way keep tabs off visitors browsing through site

I love that you can track your customer's shopping cart in real time without having them log into their account. It is super helpful for my business when we have customers visiting our website who may not be logged in or don't want to register right away. The interface of this system can sometimes look confusing because it allows different ways to get information about the same customer. This isn't really an issue with us but rather something inherent within any platform. We are able to see…

  • Great way find new product recommendations, help manage campaigns & improve targeting strategies as wellas make sure all orders meet expectations!
Cons
  • Somewhat difficult learning curve
  • Additional technical assistance would probably better suit many companies' needs
