Evergreen HS2044 Cylinder Head Gasket Review

The product looks and feels high quality, similar to an OEM product. It still needs to be proven that the engine has been driven several thousand kilometers, but I have not received any negative feedback about the quality from the mechanic.

Arrived on time and works well. The only problem was that the intake manifold gasket for my 2004 Camry used a 2003 part, but that's Toyota's fault. So please make sure your car is different from mine before you buy.

Excellent kit. Contains everything you need. The quality seems to be good. The valve cover gaskets were a headache**. Both Felpro and original Toyotas are much easier to deal with, but they work. You just have to stretch and use a high stickiness to hold them. Without the valve cover gaskets I would have given 5 stars.

Head Gasket Kit was received quickly. Expertly installed and upon completion they noticed an oil leak between the block and cylinder head right at the newly installed front cylinder head gasket. Did a lot of troubleshooting, checked the PCV valve and system for clogging and all the signs pointed to a bad front head gasket. I called Evergreen and they immediately sent me a new kit for free. Good price! Good quality! But there were problems: there is no instruction to distinguish between intake and exhaust valve stem seals. I asked a question but nobody answered. I should have bought a Toyota gasket kit for AU$300 to sort through and do the job all over again (a real pain). For those who buy this kit: green for the intake and gray for the exhaust.
