This is a great harness for a senior or adult cat. It is well made and seems comfortable for my cat. The color and design are beautiful on my orange cat.

Our cat is a bunch and can be stubborn, but he loves this harness so much that walks have become much more enjoyable for all of us. This is the part of the day we all look forward to.

Just note that neither the top nor the bottom loops (at the neck/mid-tummy) are permanently attached to the part that connects the top and bottom. This allows for more flexibility in placement and fit, but makes it pretty unwieldy every time you put it on. You often have to re-insert the neck and body loops as they slip and slide. Again, this might be a good idea if you want size flexibility.

I've moved to a new place and wanted to help my cat get used to the new surroundings but in the second second we went outside and felt us for the first time a jerk, she curled up in anger and after 5 seconds she freed herself from the harness and ran into the forest and had not seen her for two weeks. Our cat took to this leash system easily, especially once she realized she could use it to go outside. The line needs to be longer or you need to follow very closely to where you want to go.

I got this harness for a slightly wild kitten I was raising. It helped me to keep her close to get used to me. She couldn't get rid of it and everything seemed fine. It helped her a lot to go non-wild. The strap size (width) is good, not too wide and not too narrow. She also liked to nibble on the leash and I hardly see any damage. It means strong. It was a little big for her so I just rotated the straps a couple of times and they fit perfectly.
