📏 Pocket Multimeter by Extech Instruments, Model MN10 Review

This meter has a replaceable fuse to measure current. Sometimes I forget to move the leads back from the current measurement position. Now if I goof around it just blows a fuse and I can just put a new fuse in instead of buying a whole new meter.

Used for some basic electronics, nice little meter. Good size, works well in the sun or in dark rooms. There are also small clips that attach to the probes so you can hook wires to the probes without trying to hold them to the probes yourself.

One of the main reasons I bought this device was the non-contact voltage detection but it didn't work. To be honest, he worked more like a metal detector. I could flip the switch for a specific row of outlets and make sure they were plugged off, but this meter would constantly flash a "Live" light if it stayed nearby.
