This scrub works! suitable for graters, peelers and slicers

This peeler works great. The thin, firm apple peel does not cut too deeply into the apple and makes baking an apple pie a real pleasure. You can split the apple lengthwise and then quarter it. Cut the core and ends down the middle, then slice thinly on a slicer to make the cake easier to prepare.

Excellent peeler for apples, the best in peelers

Peels apples quickly and perfectly! I didn't need someone to slice the apples while peeling as I wanted to be able to cut the apples to the size I wanted so they would be perfect for my needs. The included apple corer/slicer works easily with one extra step. That's exactly what I wanted. East to use and clean.

So glad I bought this!

I was a little hesitant to take this as I thought it looked complicated and wasn't sure if it would work. So he lay a few months. But after discussing with colleagues what an apple chip is, today I finally decided to bake it. This scrub was AMAZING to use! So easy! Peeled my first apple in seconds! Directions were easy to understand. The suction cups worked very well. My apple chips are just getting cold and I can't wait to eat them!

I like it! suitable for grater, peeler and slicer

I have a peeler/slicer but I needed something that would only peel apples. This little gadget is amazing: insert the pins into the bottom of an apple, turn the handle and the apples will be peeled in seconds. Press the button and the apple will detach from the pins and be easier to remove. You have a perfectly peeled apple and a long skin that doesn't cut into the apple too much. The razor is very sharp, but I don't see that it can be replaced (which is a shame because then it will just be…

I don't do reviews. This one deserves it!

I love Revain but I never leave reviews. BUT. I love this little gadget. We have an apple tree on the farm that produces very small apples and it was painful to peel them. I wasn't sure if it would work, but the price was worth trying. This little gadget is amazing! It follows the contours of these small apples and absorbs almost no flesh when peeled. I didn't realize I needed a core, but it came in handy to peel and core all those apples. The suction cups worked well on the countertop so no…

Excellent for quickly peeling apples.

The suction is not the best, but I press it with one hand and turn the handle with the other, it's not difficult at all. The cleaner works like a charm, even on uneven apples it does a great job, just a few seconds and it's clean. Note, however, that the blade is VERY sharp. So if you need to remove a small piece of peel, be careful. I spent most of the day hand peeling about 20 pounds of apples a few days before ordering. It took me just 30 minutes upon receipt to peel, core and slice 18lb…

Pleasantly surprised! Easy to use! Saves time!

Lately I've been making apple pie using a traditional peeler and blender. I didn't like the thickness of the peel at all - I lost a lot of fruit and I just don't like it. So I figured it would be best to see if motorized shears were better and then I stumbled upon this little gem. I was struck by the photos where the peel was removed - there was almost no apple flesh. And it all cost $20 - so there was nothing to lose and I ordered it. It cuts wider skins than more traditional metal shears, so…

Peeler works great, Corer is fine.

This year I have hundreds of apples of different shapes and sizes that I need to peel and cook. I really liked how the peeler adapts to the apple. It takes a little practice to find the best cleaning speed. I love that I can easily unroll and restart if it slips and stops grabbing your skin (which isn't uncommon with odd-shaped apples). In most cases, however, it peels thin skins well, leaving a small diameter unpeeled around the two ends. The core works well but doesn't cut through the last…
