So far I like the convenience of pulling out one page at a time. My watercolors work as expected and the handy 5" x 7" size makes them easy to apply to colored cardstock. It is smooth in texture (compared to a slight bump on standard watercolor paper like Swarthmore) and white compared to eggshell. That's exactly what I wanted!

Great pad of watercolor paper! I have read or heard several recommendations for Fabriano Artistico watercolor paper. I wanted to try it both hot and cold. Watercolor blocks can be expensive, so I figured smaller blocks would be a good test size. This hot pressed paper is amazing.
