Description of Fbest Ratchet Caliper Spreader Separator

Car Brake Caliper Saves time and much easier to use than most other brake caliper presses. It also fits nearly all calipers. It will even push the big 4-piston calipers in evenly, smoothly, and quickly. Ratcheting Action: Brake piston compression tool provides a 360-degree swing that allows you to keep the compression plates in place while you lever the handle back and forth to spread or retract the plates. The steel tool pads stay parallel so you can easily press back single piston, dual piston or four piston brake calipers with it. The pistons don't bind since they're being pushed straight back into the caliper bore. There's no real effort needed to move them back just place the tool in the caliper and ratchet the piston(s) out of the way. Suitable for most vehicles with fixed or floating calipers. The brake pad tool works on dual and 4 piston fixed calipers, as well as single and dual piston floating calipers.brake caliper piston clamp, ratcheting caliper tool, brake caliper pressing tool, car ratchet brake caliper wrench, brake calipers tools, caliper spreader, brake caliper ratcheting tool, brake caliper tool, ratchet caliper tool, brake piston caliper tool, ratcheting brake tool, brake calipers spreader, brake caliper wrench. 【PROMISE】We stand by and believe in our products, LOVIT provide you friendly customer service. If you are not 100% satisfied, please feel free to contact with us,we will find a solution together and make it a great shopping experience.

Too thick for use with installed brake pads

It worked for me after figuring out how to get the ratchet to work. First you need to remove the pads, and then adjust the pads on the tool until they touch the pistons. If there is no resistance, the handle will not engage the ratchet and push the pistons back against the caliper. It pushes them right in and that's why I bought it.
