Fel Pro MS96790 Intake Manifold Gasket Review

It would be nice if 3 upper intake manifold gaskets were included. It specifically says my car's engine and there are 3. I opened the package and there are only 2.

One of the three smaller intake manifold gaskets was different than the other two. This part had to fit my 2008 Highlander exactly. Had not. Unfortunately I had to reassemble the intake manifold using old gaskets. The part did not match the picture and appeared to be the wrong part in the box. It's useless to me.

fits perfectly. nice box (box larger than expected - well protected product - new part in the box as you would expect anything else! Turns out when I replaced the ignition coils, when I took out the existing gaskets they looked new - I replaced them anyway (the van has done 118,000 miles) although it doesn't seem like it's necessary, it's better to be safe than sorry and they are NOT expensive so what's wrong with that right?

Mixed feelings here. I only needed the top gaskets as the top plastic manifold needs to be removed to replace the spools and plugs on the firewall side of the cylinder block. I was in the process of reinstalling the manifold when I opened the box and only found the bottom metal gaskets as shown in the picture. The Felpro number indicates that both the top and bottom should be included. I honestly just wanted the upper as needed, but I was only able to find the full set at Revain. I was dying to
