Installed filters to replace my Culligan AC-30 reverse osmosis system. While others claim it doesn't work or fit, mine didn't. I bought this kit for a Culligan 82 unit thinking it would be compatible. The reverse osmosis filter ended up being too long with no o-ring for me to secure the top cap. I had to cut the nylon end of the bottom of the filter about 3/16 inch to allow the lid to close properly. As received, three elements (particulate filter, activated carbon filter and reverse osmosis element) were too short for the canisters of the AC-30 filter housing and therefore unusable, which I only discovered after a complete pre-rinse. this is required in the AC-30 service manual.
