Super professional CDM services & implementation

The team at first aml has been very professional, friendly & most importantly knowledgeable about their work environment in India! - They are all willing to listen even when you have issues or concerns that need addressed quickly.- I would highly recommend hiring them for any CDM services needed by your organization / project! Nothing so far but will update if there is anything they can improve upon going forward!! Working with this particular group of professionals was great from start till…

Good experience thusfar and looking forward

We have been using this product for around two years now, it has worked really good so far - great support from our account manager! The implementation took some time to get used tp but once we started training new employees that was all fine again :) I would say they need more products like first aml in order not only focus solely of due diligence or audit solutions alone :). There are many services out there which can help us with CDDs / audits etc., however being able too choose between…

Good Customer Service & Excellent Understanding Of Our Business

The support team is very helpful, they are always there to help with any questions you may have about our account or process in general! They also provide excellent insight into how your business operates which helps us understand what we need for compliance purposes better than if it was just left up solely within ourselves without their assistance of course :) We do not dislike anything at this time but would like more flexibility regarding when certain things occur throughout each month - ei
