The instructions didn't directly match

My entire mirror had to pop out like it was on a ball joint like a shoulder before I could replace it. It was tight too. 2014 Tundra It wasn't scary, fifteen minutes. If it doesn't slide up and out as expected, try pulling it straight out like a nest!

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Expandable

Cheap easy DIY repair good for body and fairing

Installation was easy enough, an accident ripped the old one off for me. The new mirror is up. Cheap easy repair. The image is enlarged slightly more than the original, but definitely not distorted. Lol the guy who has a headache how long do you look in the mirror that you have a headache? The original had 2 metal clips which I couldn't use when replacing.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Look perfect! Save on a $500 Toyota Mirror!

So I was a little nervous if it would work, but it worked. Perfect fit for my 2014 Tundra TRD. Looks perfect! Removing the old mirror. . .sucks! There's no getting around it, though, unless you're willing to pay $500 for that whole Toyota crap. Take your time, turn on your headlamp so there's enough light behind you to see what you're doing.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly torn

but it's easy to solve if you keep your broken mirror.

This saved me a lot of money and a trip to the Toyota dealer! The instructions leave a lot to be desired, but this puzzle is easy to complete once you've saved your broken mirror for reference. Tip: You will need a molded mount, most likely still glued to the broken mirror. You must break the plastic tabs to remove this bracket from the broken mirror. Enjoy

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Doesn't work with my Sequoia 08.

Not compatible with my 2008 Toyota Sequoia. This replacement mirror requires a mounting base with four tabs/clips. 08 Sequoia is a different system with a more rounded mount. Toyota doesn't sell mounting plates so I couldn't even order a compatible one. The wiring of the windscreen heater is also not correct. You have to get an adapter somewhere. I was hoping to get a deal, but I think I'll either try to scrap it or pay $57 for a part from Toyota.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Nothing "simple! " Apparently I have the only "factory glued mirror "

"Just pull out the bottom panel with broken glass attached. Simply snap in to replace our new replacement mirror Glass"Assembly." Easy, easy, easy. Not so easy when my new factory 2008 Tundra mirror was STUCKED to the round part with 4 tabs! Not the fault of the manufacturer of this replacement mirror. I can but I don't think so I'm the only one reporting this issue with the original side mirror OMG I think I need a brand new rear view mirror assembly!

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Perfect fit for my 2015 Toyota Tundra SR Double Cab 4x4

After reading other reviews I was a little concerned about the poor mirror clarity. The first thing I did when opening the box was to check for imperfections and the one I received seems perfect, just as good as the original. It was a replacement driver's side mirror, so I'm not sure if others have had issues with the passenger's side mirror. Advice on removing the old mirror. I couldn't pry the mirror open with a large screwdriver (it felt like breaking the case). I took one of those 3m…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • So-so
