The price is too high for what it is, doesn't follow the contours well.

Fairly stiff and difficult to install and doesn't follow contours very well. I did it at work, but it wasn't easy. Very overpriced, it would cost about a quarter of the price. Overall the sizes were ok and fit my other quarter circle.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Poorly designed

Great product if you follow the instructions

This material is quite expensive but works very well. It is very easy to install and holds its shape well even with inside bends. The most common complaint I saw in the negative reviews was people trying to bend it into too tight a radius, like drywall corners with rounded noses.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Suitable for bathroom decoration

The thing works. It's quite expensive so make sure you measure twice and cut once. I used it near my bathtub after installing LVP. It is flexible but still quite stiff. Turn around as soon as you get it. I left it stretched out in my hot garage for a few days before installing it. It seems to take color normally, but not by much, it shows streaks very easily.

Pros
  • price
Cons
  • flimsy

Impossible perfect!

We were removing the carpet from the stairs and needed to find a way to deal with the round base that was in dire need of a round quarter. Impossible, I thought, for less experienced do-it-yourselfers. I stumbled across this magical thing and thought why not? That's great! It's really flexible, especially if you heat it up in the sun and do some work and bend it first. We cut it like butter with a great scissor-like tool recommended by Home Depot; Check the area where the pads and small sawsโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Great for a small house

Useful Guidelines for Dyeing and Fixing Quarter Circle Flextrim

You MUST only use one application of the GEL dye. If you try to apply a second coat of gel polish, the second coat will remove the first coat and ruin your finish. DO NOT rub the excess stain as the entire gel stain will come off your rag. Once you've applied the gel color, that's it. Don't touch it! Next, wait 24 hours for polyurethane. I used Minwax oil based polyurethane - just one coat. Finally, 18ga stud nails work great. The manufacturer recommends a 23-gauge nail gun, but this is NOTโ€ฆ

Pros
  • High Hold and Durability Test Results
Cons
  • Good but Not Great

Worth installing

Need a curved landing solution, here it is. the curved edge where you mount it. Cut out with a miter saw. I heated the piece with a hair dryer and bent it to match the curve. I used a couple of 18 ga nails set with an air nailer (because I had one on hand), but I applied a liberal amount of Gorilla Glue first. My assistant held the part in place until I fastened it in place. It'll probably be a lot easier to install if you're a decent handyman. paint it to match the stair trim. It costs moneyโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Quality
