I'm buying two of these hoses to make a 10ft and a 15ft hose from a pre-assembled 25ft 1/4" Flexzilla hose. The connections are very easy to use. , lightweight aluminum and have a good strain relief mechanism. I applied an almost imperceptible amount of silicone grease to the end of the rod so it could be easily inserted into the hose. I bought a pair of 1/4" fittings to split a 50ft hose into 15ft and 35ft.
