All you have to do is attach the clip to the extreme edge closest to the panel and then close the seat onto the bracket. Once closed, the clip fits snugly against the panel and cables are not interfered with. good product!

The RAV4 model it is sold for does not have a proper location for the Enclosure Grille. Installation instructions would be helpful. We had to try to enlarge the image shown here and on YouTube. Otherwise, both items are usable.

I found a comment that it doesn't fit RAV4 2021 so I decided to try it. I was able to install both networks with no problems. You have to slide the rear seats back a bit to get to the top hooks. Once the hooks are in place, you can reattach them. The grilles were a bit confusing, but that's about it. Easy to install and I really liked the price (the dealer sells the same nets or very similar ones for $40 each!)

I have a 2021 Rav4 Xle Premium Hybrid and it fits like a glove. I don't understand why people say they can't cut off the top of the envelope on a hybrid. Simply fold the seat forward, secure and slide the seat back. I almost didn't order it but looked at the complaints and photos of the mounts and found out if the clamps wouldn't move without getting in the way of the seal clasp. I wanted to make loops with black ribbons on the brackets and attach them to the ribbons. I think I can post a photo
