Excellent muffler for 5.4 F-250. It probably has more noise than some would like but my wife wanted something she could hear so we went for it and it was great.

If you don't mind moderate or loud internal audio resonance, I'd say go for it and it sounds really good on my 2019 Custom Trail Boss. I had the muffler removed along with the valve and resonance screens.
