Works with no problems

I've been using this Fluidmaster product in their tank cleaning systems for years, both blue and bleach. Always gets the job done and never damages tank components as the chemical is injected directly into the bowl. These cartridges are easy to replace when they are empty and include a disposable pouch for each cartridge used. USE TIP: To prolong the life of each cartridge, place a piece of waterproof tape over most of the horizontal dispensing holes, located on the long side of the cartridge…

HOPED for more time between toilet cleanings. BUT ONLY LASTS UP TO 2 WEEKS. NOT 3 MONTHS!

We've tried a few of these in the hope that the first batch might be defective. But now we had to replace them EVEN UP TO 3 WEEKS, so DEFINITELY NOT "3 MONTHS" of cleaning. In any case, the INITIAL flow is DARK BLUE - darker than I think necessary, potentially reducing efficiency significantly. After 2-3 weeks the color becomes a VERY LIGHT blue then I found I had to hand clean the toilets within 1 week to be the lightest blue. As a PLUS, I also ordered a disposable CLOROX toilet cleaning set…

Disappointed. They don't work like the old ones.

This is going to be a long review. First let me say that I have been using this product for many years. I was actually stocking replacement parts a few years ago when my local hardware store decided to stop selling them. I relied on them a lot because my water is very hard and it helped keep my bowl clean between manual cleanings so I didn't have to spend a lot of time trying to descale the bowl. I really liked them even though they were expensive and never lasted as long out of the cartridge…
