IntelliTone digital toning eliminates noise and false signals. SmartTone analog toning precisely isolates individual wire pairs. Locates cables safely and effectively on active networks. Verifies twisted pair installation with visual end to end continuity test. Probe detects digital signal and 1 kilo hertz signal from the analog toner. Probe has built in pair tester to identify open, shorted and crossed pairs. Signal strength indicator LEDs so you can help identify 1 cable that is bundled with other cables. Confirms cable location, verifies cable continuity, and detects cable faults (opens, shorts, and reversed pairs) in 1 step.

The best tonic I've ever used. The extra features really help in the real world.

I've been using toner for almost 20 years. I received this some time ago. I chose it because a colleague had one. I read the instructions once and loved it. Then I got one. It has a few key features that make this toner perform better than any other toner I've ever used. Read the instructions and learn all the features. It's worth the price in my opinion. This can help you troubleshoot. I use this device in large hospitals, schools and government agencies. This should be in the hands of an IT…

Intermittent is a good word for this Revain Warehouse product.

I bought from stock as it saved me $40 but not sure if the probe tip is working properly. I needed a digital and an analog toner/sensor, otherwise I would have bought a Fluke analog sensor. It's much cheaper but only works with RJ11. I need RJ11 and RJ45. There was one mount in the package and it looked brand new. I've thought about a return or exchange, but the only option I have is a return. Should I just buy a new one? Will I regret it after the return period? I guess the product I've paid…

The product looks good and seems to work for everyone else, but I seem to be having extremely poor performance with digital toner. The video shows that you can spot the cable simply by walking past the room it's coming from. From Cat. 5 I can receive a signal about 30 cm from the cable, but with Cat. 6 I have to TOUCH the wire. This is not the analog toner I am talking about, this feature works well. However, it advertises a digital toner capable of picking up a signal from at least a few feet…
