This is for use on a much newer bike that doesn't take as much effort to turn something. you could feel the metal beginning to succumb. So I had to stop. They are not as durable as park tools. Just save for park tools. You will be happier.

These tools are great. Very sturdy, I use them to work on my Fuji Sports 12 from the 80's. I am in the delivery business for my bike and they helped me a lot when I started to upgrade my bike. This is a great starter pack and is perfect for my needs.

I will say that the pedal arm puller appears to be designed for the square spindle on older bikes. I tried using it on a brand new 2021 Jamis Renegade and the pedal puller didn't work, although at least on the outside it looked like it should/could work. However, the socket worked fine for the crank. I used this kit on my 90's Giant MTB and all the parts that came with it worked like a champ
