Family crest on the river table I made for my dad. The dots I had to make with the dremel just aren't quite enough for this, but the rest with this bit. Mahogany is quite soft so time will tell durability.
Looks good. I don't cut like I expected, but that's not a mistake. Gave 4 stars because it cut well on first use but seemed a little dull and didn't cut as sharply on second and third uses. The same wood is used, so the comparison is easy. Need more time to see if it holds up
I've been doing a bit of milling lately and have been able to use a few different bits. I'm still finding out what works best for different aspects of wood carving and I had the opportunity today to do this one Use piece to carve some 1-3/4" letters, a York silhouette, and a Texas state silhouette. This provided many different line types and shapes to follow. This is the best cut yet "I found for that purpose. It's totally worth the small purchase price. I'll still be on the lookout for theβ¦
