Ford Racing M9600K302 Air Cleaner Review

I ordered this for my 1966 Mustang. I was satisfied with the quality (very heavy). It comes with a plastic washer/stand that sits on top of the carburetor to raise the air cleaner over the manifold. However, this spacer is too small for a carburetor. Although the gasket OD is the correct 1-5/8" (outside edge to outside edge), the inside diameter is obviously smaller.
