Excellent nozzle. Just make sure you use a chain grinder. This brush is so heavy that my Porter Cable grinder's battery died trying to rotate it. However, it worked great on my Milwaukee 120v grinder.

That's a poor excuse for a 6 inch wire cup brush. This is a 4 inch cup brush with very long wires so centrifugal force will stretch them out. The only problem is that you have to spin it at 6500 rpm to get 6 inches. Turning it slower will give you a smaller radius. That's half the price of a real six-inch brush, but also half the tool. The tool works just like a wire brush, but don't think you'll get 6 inches out.

It works, but its construction isn't of the highest quality. A body crimped to hold a twisted wire brush will begin to wear out in less than an hour of use. This causes vibrations that make the grinder difficult to hold. I had two of them, the first broke quickly and was unusable due to vibrations. A second one doing the same sort of job still works fine after about an hour of use. However, it is slowly beginning to fade. This cup brush is therefore intended for short-term use. Buy a Dewalt mug
