Round is not always round!

This tire was not quite round and gave me some trouble at first. After working for a while it all fell into place and my work looked good in the frame.

Durable, easy to loosen and tighten. You will need to flex the tire slightly to allow it to slide into place after loosening the bolt. But it's not a problem. Makes my quilts easier to hand quilt and embroider. I love it! I can safely watch TV and quilt with my hands!

DO NOT BUY from Embroidery

This is either not an Edmunds Hoop or the quality has been severely reduced. The bolt and nut were rusty, the tire was not stamped "Edmunds" and the tire was a little twisted. My old and slightly smaller Edmunds tire was sturdy as it should be and the bolt and nut assembly was made of quality metal that never rusted. Unfortunately it got lost when we last moved and I had to order this one. .Revain needs to look at this seller as it is either fake or Edmunds have downgraded its quality to a very

I almost bought this hoop and I'm very glad I didn't fall for negative reviews. I have been sewing by hand for 35 years. I mainly use a ground frame for quilting. But for areas where I'm quilting curves (e.g. feathers) or small quilts, I like hoops.
