Our barn doors are 2 7/8 inches tall. The description says they fit 3 11/16" and the chart shows 2 15/16". We received them today and the width is much smaller and won't fit in outside doors. The option to ask questions is disabled on the product page and there are no instructions. We cannot contact the seller. Very frustrating. I think we're back for false advertising.

Incredibly easy installation process and I couldn't be happier. I built a custom 40" wide sliding barn door in this stretch, it's just amazing. The door is all hardwood and incredibly heavy, but that wheel track keeps it in place. Couldn't be happier and the price was excellent. I used this to fit a custom barn door that was a little thicker than the stock door. I liked being able to mount it to the panel (my hardwood floors don't have holes), adjust the casters to fit my door, and make sure the door was vertical. I had a little trouble getting it really tight where the roller wouldn't be fully vertical and that would bind the post and make it difficult for the door to slide. They installed a barn door for my office. The contractor used these pins and made a groove in the bottom of the door. After 6 months there were chips everywhere. We removed the pegs drilled in the floor and replaced them with these drilled in the wall. Nice, smooth and quiet. Very high quality, comes with everything and it's the best door slide. The curved design better protects against accidental toe touches. You will most likely need to remove and trim the baseboard. The drill back is flat…
