Please listen, do not buy

First of all, I do not understand why this product has received such a high rating. I agree with all lower ratings. I think the price is really good, they opened it, put it in the tank, saw the light came on and wrote a good review. This heater is not reliable. temperature is far away. I set it to 82, it stayed overnight and the temp was closer to 70 degrees. I knew better not to go cheap on something like this. It works. Sorts. Aquarium Heaters and Coolers

I have this heater in an 8.5 gallon tank. Ambient temperature 68°. The tanks sit on a granite countertop. As long as the heater is on I can't say it works too well. First, when you get the heater, ignore the temperature controller at the top. It's absolutely useless. If I set it to 78° my tank would be 85°+. Even after I set the cut-off temperature to 78, the temperature fluctuates between 72° and 78°, which makes me a little uncomfortable. I do not recommend this if you are keeping fish with…

Good Condition: Aquarium Heater and Cooler

My first nano aquarium was a different model from this company and it worked fine. The temperature fluctuated within a few degrees, which was stressful for my fish. But it was good. For my second nano aquarium I tried a brand name heater from a local chain store. I stopped heating completely after three days. Heater that does not heat

This 50w FREESEA heater arrived from Revain today. It was purchased to maintain 84F in a 10 gallon aquarium to serve as a quarantine tank. The tank used a borrowed 150w heater before the FREESEA heater arrived. Upon arrival, this 50W FREESEA heater (designed to heat 5-15 gallon 64-93F aquariums) was fully submerged in the aquarium before being plugged in and the borrowed heater removed.
