I switched from bedding for my guinea pigs to half fleece and half fill for their cage. Thats much better. Your feet seem happier with this remedy as it doesn't get soggy after a few days and smells a lot better in my opinion. I've found that cat litter pellets are the same and even cheaper to buy. A bag of paper bedding pellets lasts about two months for the "kitchen" part of my cage used by two pigs. It's worth a try if you're looking for a variety of bedding options.

I use this for ferrets and would definitely recommend. I have used many other brands and other types of fillers and so far this is the best. It doesn't stick to their fur or track down the cage, absorbs everything, and somehow takes care of odors better than fillers that are perfumed or otherwise claim to control odor. UPDATE 02/19/2015 - minus another star because of the PLASTIC IN THE SOLES Tomorrow I have an operation so I cleared out the trays today so Nanny Pig needn't worry. Starting with the good, this single bag fills two 20" x 24" trash cans and two 14" x 12" trash cans, each holding 1 inch of trash. Pretty good and I was impressed.
