Excellent quality straight bits, spiral bits and sockets

I am a professional electrician who enjoys woodworking as a hobby and hobby. I own and use many pieces by Freud and have never had a problem with any of them. Top quality for the money. I have and use many other cheap bits as well as you can buy a whole set for a lot less than two big brands. However, the bits I use the most are usually Freud, Amana, SMT, and Bosch. Keep the field clean and they will last a long time. The cheap ones tend to dull whether they're clean or not and I don't think…

Good sharp beat. Works well and cuts clean.

Made a round jig for a plunge router and used one of these bits to cut two small 22.5" countertops out of 3/4" thick Baltic Birch. I cut them in three passes and had no problems. sliced like butter. I bought an extra bit because I was afraid one of those carbide-only bits would break, but that wasn't a problem for me. This is the first time I've used a round jig. Superb grooving cutter

Most experienced woodworkers recommend using an upward spiral except for grooving. However, for my specific need, I wanted to avoid the typical tearing that often occurs when using an upcut bit. Of course, they're better at removing sawdust while the blade is cutting, but they tend to cause cracks around the slot if you're using a plunge router to do the job.
